Now that the rig is ready we were able to take it ou to create the visualisation dependent on where we felt the most connection to. Corey took to the park, Jenny down High street, Nick down Queen street and I tried to emulate the curb runner idea. From the visualisations we got a range of images that varied in clarity. This was exactly what we were hoping for as it clearly showed the relation between the texture and the video. By getting right down into the space with which we were gathering the data we were also able to experience first hand the texture which we were trying to capture. I saw this as one of the key points of our project. To truly understand the city.
